Introduction to Adobe Photoshop (Elements) for Artists
Wednesdays, 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, 4 weeks, starting Feb 17, 2010
To include: Photographing art work, importing images into Adobe Photoshop (Elements) and organizing them. Overview of Photoshop editing tools and use of the Wacom tablet. Instruction on file preparation for print, exhibition and web use.
Instructor: Sandy Thomas
Retired Navy photographer, accomplished graphic artist, fine arts painter and architectural drafter/designer, Sandy Thomas has studied advanced water media with Judi Dazzio since 2002. She has been studying and employing Adobe Photoshop since 1998, and is a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) Sandy is a member of the Dazzle Art Group, the past president of the International Society of Acrylic Painters-Florida and an award-winning Signature member of the International Society of Acrylic Painters-USA.
